Introduction
Xiomesh respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information thoughtfully and responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, contact us, or otherwise interact with Xiomesh; why we collect it; how we use and protect it; and the choices and rights available to you.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Xiomesh,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Xiomesh, based in Guatemala.
Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways: information you provide directly, information collected through website analytics, and limited technical information generated when you access the website.
Information you provide
When you submit our contact form or communicate with us directly, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your company or organization
- Your email address
- Your phone number, when provided
- Information about your project, goals, needs, or inquiry
- Any other information you choose to include in your message
Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for us to understand or respond to your inquiry.
Analytics information
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and how well it performs.
Depending on your consent choices and the service involved, analytics information may include:
- Pages visited
- Approximate location derived from technical information
- Browser and device type
- Operating system
- Referring website or source
- Time spent on pages
- Navigation and interaction patterns
- Website performance and page-loading information
- General technical information associated with a visit
We use this information in aggregated or statistical form to understand website usage, improve performance, identify technical problems, and make the website more useful.
Technical and security information
Our hosting, networking, and security infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website, such as:
- Internet Protocol address
- Request date and time
- Requested page or resource
- Browser and device information
- Error and diagnostic information
- Information used to identify suspicious, abusive, or malicious activity
This information may be processed in server logs or security systems even when you do not accept analytics cookies.
How we use your information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and communicate with you
- Understand the project, service, or collaboration you are considering
- Evaluate whether Xiomesh may be able to assist you
- Create and manage an internal sales or prospective-client record
- Follow up on an inquiry
- Prepare proposals, estimates, or next steps when requested
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website
- Understand website traffic and performance

We do not use contact-form information to subscribe you to marketing communications.
Contact-form submissions and our CRM
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent to our sales team by email. We also create an entry in our private internal customer relationship management system so that we can organize the inquiry and ensure it receives appropriate follow-up.
Access to this information is limited to people who need it for legitimate business purposes.
Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or obligate either you or Xiomesh to enter into an agreement.
Our reasons for processing information
Depending on where you are located and the circumstances, we process personal information on one or more of the following grounds:
- Your consent, including when you choose to allow Google Analytics cookies
- Your request to take steps toward a possible business relationship, such as when you ask us to discuss a project or prepare a proposal
- Our legitimate business interests, including responding to inquiries, managing prospective-client relationships, improving and securing the website, and maintaining business records
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Protection of our rights and the rights, safety, and security of others
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
Cookies and analytics choices
The website does not use advertising cookies or cookies for behavioral advertising.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics may use first-party analytics cookies to distinguish visits and understand how the website is used.
We do not activate Google Analytics or permit analytics storage until you accept analytics cookies through our consent controls.
We do not use Google Analytics for:
- Advertising personalization
- Remarketing
- Google Signals
- Audience targeting
- Linking website activity to Google Ads
- Cross-service advertising features
You may decline analytics cookies without losing access to the website’s core content or functionality.
You may also change or withdraw your analytics choice through the cookie or privacy settings made available on the website.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website traffic and performance without placing analytics cookies on visitors’ devices.
It may process limited technical and performance information necessary to produce aggregated website statistics and measure how pages perform.
Browser controls
You may also configure your browser to block, delete, or notify you about cookies. Browser settings may not replace the consent controls provided on the website, and deleting cookies may cause the website to ask for your preference again.
